• Managing Product safety: getting all safety certificates required by government for all products.
• Planning and conducting technical training to all ASC/ASD technician.
• Updating and monitoring quality issues on Brother Fault Report System.
• Co-ordinating with related regional teams to solve the problem or to rework if needed.
• Informing technical information to related PIC.
• Fault Report to all Internal Staff, ASC/ASD upon notice.
• Localizing service manual and giving it to ASC/ASD.
• Managing technical media (such as service manual, part lists, firmware, CD-ROM, user guide...): frequently updating and making notice for Service.
• Technical product training to Sales Partners/Dealers.
• Supporting corporation customers to effectively use Brother products.
• Monthly report technical issues, quality issues and service issues.
• Getting new product information, attend technical training/service training from regional team when required.
• Other task as assigned by Line Manager.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electronics,
Electrical Engineering, IT, Mechatronics or related fields.
• Basic English
• At least 2-3 years of experience in office equipment, electronics engineering, or printer repair and maintenance.
• Working hours from Monday to Saturday (half-day on Saturday)
• Good troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
• Good presentation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willing to travel for onsite support when required.
