Mô tả công việc
- Participate in on-the-job training at customer sites during equipment installation, commissioning, annual inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
- Support service engineers in daily technical service operations while learning practical knowledge of automation systems, equipment maintenance, and customer support processes.
- Work closely with senior engineers and team leaders to assist in diagnosing technical issues, conducting inspections, and performing basic repair or maintenance tasks.
- Prepare and maintain service-related documentation, including inspection records, maintenance reports, and customer service reports, with guidance from supervisors.
- Develop communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills through direct interaction with customers and collaboration with internal departments under the support and coaching of team leaders.
Yêu cầu
- Background in Electrical / Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
- Language: Chinese intermediate level above
- Good service mindset and communication
- Able to travel frequently
