GENERAL SUMMARY
Serves as a senior expert and strategic advisor within the Service Excellence team, driving enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance operational performance and service quality.
- Partners with executive leadership to develop long-term strategies, lead high-impact programs, and design frameworks that transform business processes and service models at scale.
- Provides thought leadership in data analysis, operational insights, and predictive modeling to anticipate service challenges and inform future performance goals.
- Frequently prepares and presents complex analysis and recommendations to the C-suite, including materials for the Board of Directors and senior officer forums.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
Minimum Experience
7 years of experience in a directly related position.
