service parts Planner full-time 2024

What will you be doing?
Service parts planner centrally coordinates and supports KONE Maintenance business concerning materials management and transportation optimization, as well as related master data for a unit or group of units. Defines and maintains the spares inventory plan with latest tools, including planning software and supporting SAP settings. In addition, supports inventory planning for modernization and Major Projects.
Communication of Maintenance Business logistics and procurement requirements to Logistics and Sourcing, maintenance and improvement of a holistic inventory plan, and the initiation of spares inventory counts for Service Business are among main responsibilities.
Responsibilities and key activities
Supporting maintenance business in spare parts supply by maintaining inventory plans and coordinating logistics services in use with logistics as well as procurement process/frequency with sourcing
Responsible for MRP data (inventory levels, reorder points, quantities, guiding parameters etc.) for all of unit or units' service business storage locations
Coordinating needed changes of storage locations, delivery addresses and MRP data with IT & unit/s and communicating these changes
improving profitability of supply chain
Responsible for planning the material inventories for service business
Support automated purchasing processes
Responsible to define and execute the needed material plan for maintenance storage locations with support from global teams, utilizing latest tools
Responsible for initiating the inventory counts of service business storage locations according to applicable legal regulations and global process requirements
Are you the one?
University degree in logistics or supply chain, or prior working experience in similar professional area
Good English skills
SAP end-user level knowledge
Excellent MS-office user knowledge
Able to work full-time (Mon-Fri) during 6 months contract
