Work closely with theaccounting,deliveryand salesteams tostreamline processes andfacilitateeffective communication
Identifyand resolve challenges and issues within theservicerevenue operations;
Use data and analytics to measure andforecast revenue data,including tracking keymetrics;
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the revenue operationsprocess;
Assist withSOXaudit-relatedtasks;
Other ad hocservicerevenueoperationrelatedtasks;

Experienceinservicerevenue operationsora related fieldisanadvantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics todiscover and fix potential risks.
Excellent interpersonal skills, able tofrequentlyadjust priorities and help the team out wherever needed.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of theservice operationprocess and the company's target audience and goals.
High attention todetails.
Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel.
Experience withsoftwareindustry is aplus.
Educationally, abachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is typicallyrequired. Experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar field is highly beneficial.
