Where Is The Work
On-Site (5 days)
Responsibilities
Prepare, execute routine maintenance for control and chiller when request and ensure reports are timely and accurate.
Collect from customer all necessary documents necessary to complete task
Diagnose causes of problems for the purpose of system preparation, replacement needs or recommending preventive maintenance
Response and handle technical disputes and queries from the service's customers.
Explain fully current issues to customers and suggest solutions to correct.
Comply with company EH&S policies, procedures, rules, requirements and applicable local regulations.
Report and response to all required matters to internal and external customers timely as response process when required
Commit and fully align to new target setting and works requested based on business direction and Direct Manager.
Job Requirements
Candidates must have HVAC/Thermal & Refrigeration background
University/College degree is required.
Good at English in all skills
Solving problem skill
Safety knowledge
Working overtime and travelling are required.
Proficient Microsoft office skills
Good attitude is a MUST
Good communication and customer service skills
