Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical training programs for dealers/customers related to after-sales and service improvement activities.
- Support the development and management of technical documents.
- Assist in preparing technical documents for new vehicle models.
- Support management and control of special service tools for dealer/service activities
- Coordinate with vocational colleges and dealers to support dealer development and technician training activities.
- Cooperate with related departments to implement service improvement activities.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's Degree in University, majors in Automotive/ Mechanical or related fields.
- Having at least 3+ years working experience in Automotive or Mechanical field.
- Able to communicate in English and read technical documents (TOEIC 600 or equivalent is a plus)
- MS Office skills.
- Good communication and problem solving skills
