ServiceNow Developer - Japanese N2+

LOCATION: Ha Noi/ HCM/ Tokyo
GEM is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our Digital Solutions Services team. If you have hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and strong Japanese communication skills, this is an opportunity to work directly with Japanese enterprise clients and contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop solutions and applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Work closely with Japanese enterprise clients.
Contribute to enterprise digital transformation projects.
Continuously learn and update technical skills in line with industry trends.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1+ year of experience in ServiceNow Core Platform development with a good understanding of ITSM processes.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow customization, flows/workflows, and forms.
Good Japanese communication skills (N2/N1 level).
Ability to read and understand technical documents in Japanese.
Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Strong self-learning ability and willingness to continuously develop technical skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
