Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, best practices, and industry standards.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and design patterns.
Platform Configuration: Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, applications, and workflows to meet specific business needs, leveraging platform capabilities and integrations.
Integration: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, utilizing APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.
Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, testing, and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of ServiceNow solutions.

Must have

ServiceNow experience/knowledge (middle level), ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified System Administrator (CSA)
At least 7 years in software engineering
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Engineering and system architecture design
IT infrastructure (DevOps knowledge)
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
Excellent communication (in English)
Project management & stakeholder management skills
Working experience in Agile delivery
Be willing to travel for work and learn new technologies

Shoud have

Expertise in ServiceNow: Service Now certifications- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
Domain knowledge: Field management/HRM/ITSM/CSM
Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting

Persuasion and negotiation
Excellent presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary: 70-100M

Probation salary is 100% of official salary
13th-month salary and performance review twice a year
Bonus for special occasions each year (Labor Day, National Day, Solar New year, Lunar New Year)
