Mô tả công việc
The position is responsible for Sewing Lines and Components (Sewing, Training, Finishing...) overall management as per given structure. She/he leads Sewing Production activities as per assigned area/group by daily progresses governance and deployment. The Sewing M/AM delivers department targets following the factory strategies including safety, quality, lean, efficiency, costs, productivity, innovation, entreuperneurship...
• Lean Practices: Implement and be a role model to drive Lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste, improve production efficiency, and reduce costs throughout the production process.
• Line Balancing: Optimize production lines for even work distribution, minimizing bottlenecks, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing production processes and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
• Kaizen: Lead or support Kaizen events and initiatives to drive incremental improvements in production processes.
• Workforce Development: Train and develop production staffs at all techniques and management skill requirement to create a skilled and capable team, as well as continuous growth.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Production to track progress and drive improvements.
• Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including 4M: man, method, material and machinery, to ensure production system deployment and achieve production targets.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain high-quality standards while improving production efficiency.
• Cost Analysis: Analyze production costs and identify cost-saving opportunities through Lean and improvement practices. Lead team to track the garment defect rate and improve it to save cost.
• Inventory Control: Implement just-in-time inventory principles to reduce excess work-in-process and associated costs. Closely monitoring the job order closing status
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance... to drive factory performance effectively

Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's degree in textile engineering, production management, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years' experience in the position of Leaders/Managers
• Experience in the manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Experience in implementing Lean practices in a manufacturing environment, ideally in the garment or textile industry is preferred
• English at Intermediate to Advanced level.
• Strong understanding of line balancing techniques and experience in optimizing production lines.
• Familiarity with Lean tools and methodologies, such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Kanban.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology for process optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Communication Skills
