Mục tiêu công việc/ Purpose of Job:
Responsible for all the sample development / sewing instructions / operator training
Nhiệm vụ chính/ Main Duties:
• Samples development
• Make proto samples to PP samples coordinate with Pattern tech and Knitting tech.
• Make operation breakdowns.
• Operator training
• Train critical operations for production.
• Manage and maintain T&A/critical path for sample approval.
• Make sure that the sample's process and technical data are correct before the preproduction meeting with relevant department, ensure that each sample has completed risk analysis and assessment.
• Support/Provide technical support for any problems with sample room and production.
• Manage that all standards are approved in the sewing group (approved samples) and are matched with the clients' standards.
• Dealing effectively with sample room and production all technical problems (such as processes, materials, and others).
• Fully understand the knowledge and technical production process of lingerie (bras, panty) and sport wears.
• Familiar with all sewing equipment.
• Understand different pattern types and the change of the pattern, the fitting comment of the samples.
• Read and understand tech packs and customer comments.
• Able to make samples and need demonstrate sewing operation when needed
