Shipping Documentation Specialist

• Track import/export shipments at all.
EXPORT SHIPMENT:
• Tracking schedule, processing booking, submitting SI/VGM, sending bills, pre-alert, debit (if any) to customers/ agent systems, and taking care until the shipment is completed.
• PRIORITY IS PREFERRED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING DG GOODS, CHEMICAL GOODS, US CARGOES, AND DOOR-TO-DOOR TYPES. PERSONAL GOODS, S.O.C CONTAINER.
IMPORT SHIPMENT:
• Receiving full pre-alert documents from the Agent, sending them to the customer for checking on time, entering full data into the company system, making an import MANIFEST, AN, and EDO to send to the customer, checking payment status for the shipment.
• PRIORITY IS PREFERRED TO THOSE WITH EXPERIENCE IN MAKING IMPORT DOCUMENTS, DOING TERM DOOR DELIVERY-RELATED WORK.
• Monitor the declaration process and arrange a delivery schedule according to the customer's request.
• Communicate with customers and foreign agents about any issues related to the shipment.
• Enter data into SMS software. Handle arising issues (if any)
• Make and send a debit to Customers / Agents abroad at the end of each month.
• Report to management about issues arising for timely handling and resolution.
• Other assigned tasks.
WORKING CONDITIONS
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (08:00 AM - 12:00 PM & 1:15 PM - 5:00 PM); WFH on Saturdays.
• Starting Date: As soon as possible.
• Work Location: 07 Street 46, Ward 2, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
