Responsible on SHIPPING duties (Import and Export), ensure the goods/ material ready for export/ import on time;
Responsible on shipping with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries
Deal with quotes from prospective
shippers and handle claims with insurance companies if any shipment problems happen to occur. Provide efficient delivery logistics through data management.
Fill out import-export documentation, compile carrier and route assignments, compute international fees for each shipment, and keep track of shipment payments and quotas; Prepares bills of lading; checks items to be shipped against work orders to ascertain that quantities, destination, and routing are correct
Monthly prepare the required reports follow the company policy;
Responsible for coordinate with Forwarder to control the shipments and in charge the liquidation custom declaration for the company;

- The candidates have degree major in Logistics, Foreign Trade, Customs, Business Administration, Language (Chinese or English) or related majors.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Be required to work with industry standard computer packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Good communication, work under high pressure, team work Spirit, willing to learn.
