We are looking for a Shopify Developer to lead the development of Mykingdom's ecommerce platform, CS platform, not just at the frontend level but across the entire system.
This role focuses on building custom Shopify applications, integrating multiple business systems, and designing scalable solutions that directly impact customer experience and business performance.
This is not a basic Shopify theme customization role. We are looking for someone who can build, optimize, and scale an ecommerce system.
Key Responsibilities:
Shopify App Development
Design and develop custom/private Shopify apps to support business operations
Build key features such as promotion engine, loyalty system, data tracking, automation flows.
Ensure scalability during peak campaigns (traffic x4-5 times normal days)
Order Fulfillment & System Logic
Design and implement order routing logic across EC warehouse and 200+ stores
Optimize fulfillment flow based on inventory, location, SLA, and operational constraints
Ensure high accuracy, reduce failed orders and delays
API Integration & System Connectivity
Integrate Shopify with BI, Customer Services platform, SAAS, CRM/CDP, Payment, Fulfillment, 3PL systems...
Ensure reliable data synchronization (real-time / near real-time)
Automation & Data Flow
Build automation processes for:
Order processing
Inventory updates
Customer data synchronization
Reduce manual workload and improve operational efficiency
Landing Page & Campaign Support
Develop and optimize landing pages for EC/ marketing campaigns
Support fast deployment for campaign-driven business
Collaborate with EC team to improve conversion rate
Performance Optimization
Optimize Core Web Vitals, and system performance
Ensure system stability during high traffic periods
System Stability & Troubleshooting
Monitor system performance and handle production issues
Implement logging, error handling, and fallback mechanisms
Ensure minimal downtime and stable operations
Yêu cầu
3+ years experience with Shopify (real projects, not only theme customization)
Experience building Shopify custom/private apps ([protected info] / React)
Strong experience with API integration (REST / GraphQL)
Experience integrating with at least one of: ERP, CRM, OMS, Payment, Fulfillment, 3PL systems...
Solid understanding of ecommerce flow (cart, checkout, fulfillment, returns)
Experience handling real production issues and scaling systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Shopify Plus
Experience in high-scale ecommerce environments (campaign-driven business)
Experience designing multi-store / multi-warehouse fulfillment logic
Familiarity with data tracking (GA4, GTM) or CDP systems
Experience in automation or system optimization
