As a Content Team Manager, you'll lead a team of 10-15 content specialists, driving revenue and profitability through strategic product content development. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in fields that require strong data and numerical aptitude, such as Accounting, Auditing, Data Analysis, Computer Science, IT, Mathematical Economics, or Applied Mathematics.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in fields related to Marketing, Project Management, Business Administration, Investment Economics, Software, or Construction.
- Certifications in Data or related fields will be advantageous.
- Current work experience in roles that require strong data and logical skills, such as Growth Marketing, Auditing, Finance, Data Analysis
- 3+ years of experience in build, lead & managing a team of 8-10 members in
digital marketing, users acquisition, growth hacking, or paid media.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid ad campaigns with multi-million dollar ad spend across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital channels
- Proficiency in BI tools, marketing automation, or advanced analytics (SQL, Python, or similar is a plus
