Signal EngineerHitachi, Ltd. - Metro Line 1 (Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien)

Design & Construction Project for all E&M System (Rolling Stock, Signaling, Telecommunication, Power Supply, OCS, Track work, PSD, AFC, Depot & Workshop Equipment, F-SCADA, Signage & Graphics) for New MRT Line-1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
• To monitor the subcontractors' schedule and progress (Installation and Testing) and raise issues.
• To review the subcontractors' submission/report (Installation design and Testing) and raise comment.
• To prepare meeting material, interpreter / preparation of minutes of meeting during the meeting with third parties.
• To coordinate interface issues with other sub-systems, internal departments, sub-contractors and to establish and maintain positive and collaborative relationship with external parties.
• To liaise and work with other engineers and managers in international cross-functional team.
• To report the progress/issues to a line manager precisely.
• To do any necessary documentation works (prepare documents in English and Vietnamese with logical expression, control progress, check quality, translation correctly, etc) including submission to third party.
• To study related to Vietnamese law, decree, and regulation.
• To do any necessary works for the execution of the Project, which is instructed by Line manager.
