Site Supervision & Construction Engineering: Directly present on site; assist in surveying, setting out gridlines, and benchmark elevations; cross-check shop drawings against actual site conditions to identify and resolve technical clashes early.
Site Coordination & Inspection/Handover: Allocate site work areas, expedite progress across direct labor and subcontractors; conduct internal quality inspections and coordinate formal handovers with the Supervision Consultant and the Client.
Inspect and verify incoming materials; strictly enforce occupational health and safety protocols in compliance with Japanese standards
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain the daily site log; compile actual completed work quantities and submit periodic progress reports to the Site Manager.
