+ JOB OVERVIEW
• Salary (Net): VND 20 - 28 million per month
• Number of Vacancies: 3
• Gender / Age: Male, 24 - 35 years old
• Working Hours: [protected info] (Monday - Saturday, or flexible according to project schedules)
• Work Location: Hanoi Office & Project Sites (Bac Ninh, etc. - dynamically arranged based on project requirements)
+ JOB DESCRIPTION
• Supervise site works to ensure all construction activities meet technical specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate, direct, and monitor subcontractors' activities.
• Control safety, schedule, quality, and costs, and provide instructions to subcontractors.
• Prepare shop drawings using AutoCAD.
• Oversee and follow up on maintenance works.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Yêu cầu
+ JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 2+ years. At least 2 years of experience at construction site
• Language Skills: Basic English communication; able to read and understand technical documents.
• Skills: Ability to work under high pressure and strictly meet deadlines.
• Preferences: Experience in industrial projects or working in Japanese companies is a strong advantage.
