JOB SUMMARY
The Site Finance Manager will lead the financial planning, reporting, and compliance efforts in
Vietnam. This role will oversee budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and internal controls to
ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial results. The Site Finance Manager will partner closely
with operations and global finance leadership to drive data-informed decisions, process
improvements, and cost optimization.

Yêu cầu
1. Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting:
Lead the preparation and consolidation of the annual budget and long-range strategic plan for Vietnam operations.
• Manage monthly and quarterly forecast updates in collaboration with department heads.
• Review and analyze financial trends by group, product line, and cost center.
• Prepare and present the monthly operations review package for Vietnam leadership.
2. Financial Reporting & Analysis
Oversee timely and accurate monthly financial close in alignment with corporate standards.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports to regional and global stakeholders.
• Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions based on financial performance.
• Review roadmap, market segment, and capital project payback reporting.
3. Internal Controls & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), COSO, lease accounting, and revenue recognition standards.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, including sustainability and tax-related audits.
• Maintain internal control documentation and perform risk assessments regularly.
• Oversee implementation and monitoring of corporate accounting policies and procedures.
4. Operational & Strategic Support
Support cross-functional projects that drive financial process improvements and cost reductions.
• Review financial inputs for sustainability, tax reporting, and lease accounting.
• Collaborate with HR for incentive plan calculations and financial alignment.
• Travel to Vietnam-based sites and other regions as required to support business and financial goals.
5. Team Leadership and Management
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high performing and engaged team of Finance & Accounting professionals,
encouraging continuous development and learning.
• Establish clear and measurable individual and team development goals aligned to organizational goals.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to team members. Create development plans to nurture their skills and prepare them for
future progression at Amphenol.
