Qualification / Trình độ chuyên môn
• Degree holder in Construction or Engineering or related discipline.
Tốt nghiệp đại học ngành Xây dựng, Kỹ thuật hoặc chuyên ngành liên quan.
• Valid construction supervision licence and a Level 2 construction supervision certificate (or equivalent).
Có giấy phép hành nghề
giám sát thi công hợp lệ và chứng chỉ
giám sát xây dựng hạng II (hoặc tương đương).
Experience / Kinh nghiệm
• Proven, practical hands-on experience delivering townhouse-scale projects, including refurbishment projects (townhouses, shophouses or low-rise residential).
Có kinh nghiệm thực tế trực tiếp triển khai dự án quy mô nhà phố, gồm dự án cải tạo (nhà phố, shophouse hoặc nhà ở thấp tầng).
• Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience.
Tối thiểu 10-15 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan.
• Experience working on real estate projects in Vietnam, HCMC specifically preferred.
Ưu tiên kinh nghiệm dự án bất động sản tại Việt Nam, đặc biệt TP.HCM.
Knowledge, skills and abilities / Kiến thức, kỹ năng và năng lực
• Fluent Vietnamese essential, English speaking is preferred.
Bắt buộc thông thạo tiếng Việt; ưu tiên giao tiếp
tiếng Anh.
• Strong working knowledge of Vietnamese building codes, permits, inspection and acceptance procedures.
Hiểu rõ quy chuẩn xây dựng Việt Nam, giấy phép, quy trình kiểm tra và nghiệm thu.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, quality standards and safety regulations.
Nắm vững biện pháp thi công, tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và quy định an toàn.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and report defects.
Chú ý chi tiết, có khả năng phát hiện và báo cáo khiếm khuyết.
• Able to plan and monitor the construction timeline, and to identify contractor delays immediately.
Có khả năng lập và theo dõi tiến độ, phát hiện ngay việc nhà thầu chậm trễ.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills for managing contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
Có kỹ năng lãnh đạo, điều phối tốt với nhà thầu, thầu phụ, nhà cung cấp và tư vấn.
• Positive, resilient and solutions focused, ready and able to adapt to a dynamic and changeable client-side environment.
Tích cực, kiên trì, hướng đến giải pháp, thích ứng với môi trường đại diện Chủ đầu tư linh hoạt và nhiều thay đổi.
• Knowledge of domestic (residential) MEP systems, including plumbing and drainage, electrical, air conditioning and ventilation, and fire safety systems.
Hiểu biết hệ thống MEP nhà ở gồm cấp thoát nước, điện, điều hòa thông gió và PCCC.
• Knowledge of waterproofing systems (e.g. wet areas, roofs, terraces and basements) and how to inspect and test them.
Hiểu biết hệ thống chống thấm (khu ướt, mái, sân thượng, tầng hầm) và phương pháp kiểm tra, thử nghiệm.
