• Review engineering deliverables and monitor the design's progress to ensure it is completed within the scheduled timeframe.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the safety protocols are strictly followed in construction works.
• Manage all documents and engineering works that are suitable for the solar rooftop standard of VN and the IEC standards, and the construction method.
• Control on-site resources effectively, including equipment, machinery, and personnel, to enhance productivity during construction.
• Determine, report, and resolve on-site challenges and risks that occur or will occur during the construction works, which may affect the project timelines and resources.
• Prepare regular progress reports for quality control and project schedule.
• Issue construction method,
• Collaborate with partners and all disciplines.
• Engineering background, prefer Civil engineering and
Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position.
• Able to communicate in English and Vietnamese.
• Good communication, project management, detail orientation, clear reporting skills, high sense of urgency.
• HSE, Site Supervisor Certificates.
• Flexible and able to travel across Vietnam for projects.
