Support the Social Community team with daily administrative duties (e.g., contracts, payment documents, and reporting,...)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for draft, review, and managing the archiving of documents, contracts, and paperwork related to Social Community campaigns/projects. .
Track project progress and coordinate with the Finance/Account team to monitor accounts payable and receivable and overall billing status.
Provide daily administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Social Community team.
Perform other administrative duties and paperwork as assigned by the Line Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experiences:
Experience: 1+ years of experience as an Administrator, Social Admin, Account Admin, or similar roles. Experience working in an Agency environment is a strong advantage.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of commercial/economic law, particularly in reviewing terms of contracts and agreements.
Skills and Abilities
Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and document formatting.
Adaptability: Highly adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment.
Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
