- Execute accurate, objective and high quality social compliance audits by following all requirements indicated in the client specific procedures, auditor training and management directives.
- Represent the company with integrity, professionalism and skill when conducting social compliance audits around the world.
- Prioritize, plan and organize work efficiently to deliver first rate audit services and end products such as audit recaps, reports and other client specific reporting tools.
- When working in an audit team, provide support, communication and training as needed to your partner(s).
- Actively participate in training sessions and have the desire to learn and grow in the position.
- Retain and safeguard documents pertaining to the audit and maintain all audit findings confidentially.
- Be prepared to travel and plan trips with short notice according to company policy and requirements
- Consult and coordinate with Operations Supervisor, Quality Assurance Reviewer, Client
Account Manager and other personnel to better understand the clients' needs, maximize level of service, encourage relationship building, and provide quality service solutions to customer demands.
- Maintain compliance with BV CPS Employment Policies and Procedures.

- Graduated University with Environmental Technology/ Environmental Management.
- At least 2-3 years experience in compliance/ HR/ Environment field
- Previous social compliance auditing experience, environmental health and waste management
- Have knowledge about environmental regulations, OHSAS
- Good command in English
- Good presentation skill/ interpersonal skill
- Honest, trustworthy and reliable
- Willing to travel
