- Plan, edit and share daily interactive content on the Company's social network system: Facebook, Discord, Instagram, Zalo, Youtube, etc.
- Risk management and communication incidents related to the Company on social networking sites
- Have to write well in English and the ability to organise and manage the community on the Discord platform is essential.
- Plan and execute discord community monthly to drive the growth and engagement of the community
- Monitor and respond appropriately to comments related to products/services provided by the Company;
- Support the organization and navigation, implementation of marketing events (entertainment, product/service promotion, etc.), online events (contests, games, etc.) for customers;
- Coordinate with relevant departments to regularly learn and update product/service information;
- Other tasks assigned by management.
- Graduated from College or higher majoring in Marketing, journalism or other related majors
- Have at least 1-2 years of working experience as a Social Content specialist or equivalent positions.
- Excellence at writing English
- Have knowledge of multi-channel integrate - plan, edit and share daily interactive content on the Company's social network system: Facebook, Discord, Instagram, Zalo, Youtube, etc.
- Experience in writing, editing and managing content. Regularly update new trends, be agile and responsive.
- Honest, diligent and flexible, able to withstand high pressure, careful at work
- Salary range: Negotiable
- Working time: 9am - 6pm, Mon - Fri,
