• Content Management Support for Marketing campaigns (New Product launches, sustain campaign, Garmin Run) and other Promotion & Ocassional campaigns.
• 100% resonpible for local always-on content and localize content from Global/Asia (upon asign)
• Ensure consistent messaging and visuals across Social channels and managing smooth transition among different campaigns.
• Support replying end-users' questions on Social platforms
• Collaborate closely with freelancer
designer, PMM, PS, Channel Marketing, and regional/global stakeholders to create local content and align communication.
• Ensure on bi-weekly and monthly performance of reach, engagement & followers on Meta Platforms
Digital Marketing Management
• Management SEM & Pmax always-on tasks including ad copies, visuals (if any), site-link, keywords...
• Monitor Ads performance of Ad-hoc campaigns from Cross-functional teams and support when needed.
• Closely manage Retainer Agency to optimize cost, update tactics to ensure good performance for AWO and Ad- Hoc Ads
• Drive traffic to [protected info], optimizing digital and social touch points to ensure traffic growth rate to Garmin website, especially organic traffic.
• Apply audience data, platform insights, and performance metrics to continuously optimize traffic, engagement, and conversion across all digital platforms.
Budget Management
• Manage Digital & Social budgets and optimize budget to ensure best ROI for MKT campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with external agency/freelancer to ensure seamless execution and messaging consistency.
