As a Social Media Content Specialist, you will create, manage, and optimize engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Youtube) to build brand awareness and drive engagement. You are responsible for writing, video creation, trend analysis, content planning, and performance reporting.
1. Content Creation & Storytelling:
- Develop, write, and design engaging posts, captions, scripts, and visuals tailored for different platforms.
- Social Media Management: Plan and manage content calendars, publish content, and manage interactions to foster community engagement.
- Video Production: Create short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) including scripting, filming, and editing.
2. Platform Management & Content Excellence:
- Omni-channel Execution: Manage and execute daily content schedules across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Brand Awareness: Upload high-quality visuals and copies for both tactical campaigns and "always-on" activities based on monthly communication plan.
- Customer Care: Moderate and engage with followers across platforms to ensure a premium customer experience and brand loyalty.
3. Strategic Seeding & Community Growth:
- Content Seeding: Strategize and distribute high-quality, brand-relevant content across social landscapes, online forums, and tech/lifestyle communities.
- Impact Monitoring: Nurture organic growth through influential voices; monitor and analyze content spread to maximize Reach and Engagement (KPIs).
4. KOL/KOC & Influencer Partnerships:
- Execution & Follow-up: Oversee and coordinate with KOLs/KOCs to ensure their content aligns with campaign objectives (Minigames, Check-ins, Live-streaming).
- Performance Tracking: Manage the delivery timeline and quality of influencer-generated content.
5. Market Insights & Research:
- Customer Surveys: Lead internal research projects, including questionnaire design, respondent selection, and comprehensive report summaries to guide future marketing strategies.
- Trend Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithms to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
6. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for video shooting, KOL/KOC booking, customer survey, etc; ensuring all spending is optimized for maximum return on investment (ROI). Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the key role between the marketing department and other internal teams, including PM, Retail,
Designer. Collaborate closely to ensure marketing activities are aligned with business goals and product timelines.
8. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor analytics to measure ROI, analyze engagement data, and adjust strategies to improve performance.
Other relevant social content tasks are assigned by Line Manager.
- Bachelor 's Degree and similar degree.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in Marketing communication/ Product marketing or similar roles.
- Expert understanding of social media platform algorithms and best practices.
- Proficiency in writing, storytelling, and content creation tools (e.g., Canva,
video editors).
- Ability to analyze social metrics and use data-driven insights.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for managing audience community and collaborating with teams.
- Solid knowledge about Facebook Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics and Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Creative, proactively updating trends and knowledge on social network, social media influencers.
- Good written skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Dynamic, professional, proactive thinking and willing-to-learn spirit.
- Fluently with Microsoft (Word, excel, power point).
- Familiar with or Tech gadgets love spirit.
