Now, we're on the lookout for a Social Media Executive to team up with our Social Media Manager and bring our clients' online presence to the next level. Your scope of work:
Community management & execution: 50%
Conduct monthly content plans to seed on community that based on the aligned direction and client brief.
Follow the plan and execution according to aligned timeline, quantity and format.
Monitor and update all conversations from community groups in Facebook to collect insights for content production and keep up with community pace. Collaborate with admin to understand more about members concern.
Detect negative sentiments, topic and action from community that may impact to brand.
Provide real time solution to navigate the conversation.
Provide tactic & content format to trigger conversations among community members.
Tracking and following KPI every week to optimize if problems occur.
Fanpage management: Inbox & comment - 40%
Follow the conversation of users in the inbox and comment section to collect insights, then respond promptly to their concerns.
Monitor and maintain chat tools to optimize the response rate.
Detect and raise solution to prevent negative effects from spam, negative comments that impact to brand.
Fanpage content: 10%
Based on conversation in community and the inbox on fanpage, propose appropriate content for fanpage.
Develop detailed content with caption & visuals.
Our expectations:
Bachelor's degree in communications, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in community management, seeding content and social media content, preferably in an agency setting.
Having experience in monitoring & execution crisis management is a plus.
Experienced in channel & platform management: FB fanpage, FB groups.
Soft skills needed below:
Able to produce content in various format: caption, photos, short video, long video.
Understand and know how to analytics social media sentiments.
Know how to adapt trend and community conversations to content.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with social media management tools: Facebook Meta.
A portfolio of previous outcomes including: community management experience, seeding plan, seeding content, fanpage content.
An attractive remuneration is negotiable based on the candidate's experiences and abilities to add values to the agency.
