Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in social media management or
digital marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.).
Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
Basic graphic design/video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite) are a plus.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and adapt quickly.
Experience working with paid social media ads and A/B testing.
Familiarity with SEO and content marketing & UGC strategies.
Experience working cross-functionally with content, design, paid media, and product marketing.
Experience with e-commerce or DTC (Direct to Consumer) campaigns.
Background in e-commerce, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands is also a plus.
