Summary
The Digital New Value function within Bayer Crop Science develops new viable business models with the goal of capturing new customers and market segments in agriculture. This is an opportunity to work for an innovation team operating within a Global Fortune 500 company.
Duties & Responsibilities
Create weekly content for social media channels (posts, videos, stories, and reels for various social platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc).
Film and edit videos (basic outdoor/indoor filming and video editing skills are preferred)
Manage social media channel, ensure posting schedules and actively respond to user comments/messages
Analyze social media performance, providing reports and valuable insights to refine strategies, enhance audience reach, and maximize growth and engagement.
Keep up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms, proactively suggesting innovative ideas to elevate social media presence and drive substantial growth.
Manage agri-influencers, content creators directly or via agency/platform
Coordinate with in-house teams and external agencies to implement digital and social media campaigns.

Recent university graduates or current student, having good knowledge in marketing/business development is an advantage
Being familiar with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Zalo, and Facebook is essential
Strong passion for social media with a deep understanding of popular platforms and trends
Proficiency in basic graphic and video design tools such as Capcut and Canva.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content
Fluency in English: speaking, listening, reading, and writing
Good skills in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint and desk research
You are a dynamic, business-oriented and a dedicated team player
You have outstanding interpersonal and business skills to develop and nurture business relationships and can prove it through your past experiences
You enjoy challenges and innovations
