1. Social:
Manage social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, X, etc.) with a tone and style tailored to U.S. audiences.
Analyze post performance, campaign effectiveness, and audience engagement.
Oversee community interactions to maintain a professional and consistent brand image.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns and special events aligned with major U.S. holidays.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members and the Marketing Director to ensure timelines are met and issues are resolved promptly.
2. Media:
Supervise and coordinate the Media Team to ensure all visual and video assets are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Receive requests from departments, create production plans, and execute tasks according to the Art Director's direction.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
Strong understanding of social media platforms and audience behavior in the U.S. market.
1-3 years of experience in team management.
Excellent English communication and writing skills.
Experience in studio production supervision is a plus.
