Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Strategic Planner to join our creative team at Pencil. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic social media plans to drive meaningful engagement, increase brand relevance, and meet client objectives.
Report to: Executive Creative Director
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive social media strategies that align with client goals and target audience demographics.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis of social media trends, audience behaviors, and competitor strategies to inform strategic planning.
Create detailed content calendars and campaign schedules to optimize social media channel performance.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with target audiences.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing to drive innovation and creativity in campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role within a creative agency environment.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
