Own functional quality, regression testing, release sign-off and defect management for SOCOM tools and AI workflows. Prevent unreliable prototypes from reaching leadership or clients.
What You Will Do
• Create test strategy and test cases for CreatorOS, LiveOps Command Center, Growth Cockpit, Demo Hub and AI-agent workflows.
• Run functional, regression, integration, usability and smoke tests before demos and releases.
• Maintain the defect log, severity definitions, release notes and go/no-go quality status.
• Define a UAT checklist with SOCOM SMEs and ensure sign-off before adoption.
• Partner with the
AI Engineer to test AI outputs against golden scenarios and human-review thresholds.
• Partner with the Data Quality / QC Analyst to verify data shown in tools matches source/semantic data.
• Support automation where appropriate, but prioritize fast, practical release confidence in H1; make quality visible at gates.
