Mô tả công việc:
- Teach Soft Skills courses in English.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, academic events and course projects.
- Engage in research and supervise student research.
- Develop learning materials, improve teaching methods, participate in assessment-related tasks and perform other academic duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu:
- Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Business Administration, Communication, Languages, Social Sciences and Humanities, or related fields.
- Ability to teach, facilitate discussions, and mentor students in English.
- Experience in course projects, academic events or working in local or international companies.
- Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork and respect for students and colleagues.
- Academic development orientation, research capability and a plan to pursue PhD study in the near future.
- Modern, flexible and innovation-oriented educational mindset; willingness to apply project-based learning, research-based learning and student mentoring.
