about the position:
this position emphasizes advanced software architecture skills to design scalable, high-performance systems, using either [protected info], react, or java. as a tech lead, your primary responsibility is to drive architectural decisions that ensure technical excellence across projects. while technical language proficiency is valued, the focus is on software architecture expertise. project leadership, team coaching, and coding standards development will be developed through experience and mentorship in this role.
key skills:
software architecture expertise:proven ability to design, architect, and implement scalable, maintainable solutions using [protected info] and java. deep experience with system design patterns and principles, including microservices and modular monolithic architecture.
cloud and containerization:hands-on experience with cloud providers (aws, azure, or gcp) and containerization/orchestration technologies (e.g., docker, kubernetes).
software design principles:in-depth understanding of oop, design patterns, and expertise in implementing robust architectural solutions.

issue resolution:act as the primary point of contact for resolving complex technical challenges during the development lifecycle.
