Job Description:
Test and ensure software operates stably.
Write clear, simple, and user-friendly instruction manuals.
Guide customers on software features, functions, and usage.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues arising during software usage.
Requirements:
Senior students or recent graduates majoring in IT, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
Strong communication and presentation skills for customer interaction.
Interest in and career orientation towards implementation consulting.
Ability to work full-time.
