The Job
LG Electronics Development Vietnam (LGEDV) Company focuses on smart & ecofriendly automotive components. The Company produces high quality & state of the art in car infotainment systems that deliver both information and entertainment on the go for many of the world's biggest automobile brands.
We - Software Engineering Team of LGEDV is now seeking 02 Software Project Leader to be a part of our team.
As member of Software Engineering Team, your main responsibilities will be:
- Supervise the development & maintenance of the heritage of the defect to reinforce the platform approach
- Coordination of SW development activities with SW Development, validation, and all relevant stakeholders and partners of LGEDV
- Performs communication with customers regarding Automotive Electric and Electronic Equipment Software Development.
- Monitor the progress of scheduled activities and control the quality of deliverables
- Identify and act on potential problems/risks/conflicts of interest with other areas within or external to the project as early as possible
- Monitor and review the release note of development contributors and ensure quality perspectives
- Improvement for project management to meet A-SPICE requirement
- Report project status, follow up to solve occurring risks/ issues, and prevent recurrences.
- Perform planning, execution management, and governance tasks for the entire development and testing of automotive electrical and electronic equipment SW for vehicles based on the V model.
- External Competencies & Qualification (by Domain Leader)
Your Skills and Experience
Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- High responsibility and good teamwork
- An analytical mind with problem-solving attitude
- Korean language skills are plus points
Qualifications:
- B.S in Electrical and Electronics, Automotive Engineering, Computing Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related major
- More than 3 years of experience in the field of developing SW automotive electrical and electronic equipment by basic Linux/Android for vehicles
- More than 3 years of experience using configuration management tools & building embedded software development environment
- More than 1 year of working experience in project management of automotive electrical and electronic equipment SW development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experienced full-cycle response from developing - mass-production automotive electrical and electronic equipment SW for vehicle
- Experience in response to the ASPICE project
- Project management-related certificates: PMP... is a plus
