The Job
- Contributing to the implementation of our software product to meet customer needs in the area of automated warehouse and distribution solutions;
- Analysing user requirements and coordinate with project stakeholders to provide comprehensive spec in early phase of project;
- Design and execute manual test cases during iterations;
- Implement and execute Software Integration Test, System Test to ensure quality; (subsystems/robotics interaction and operator user interfaces)
- Documentation of the solution and creation of user manuals;
- Go onsite integration (EU, Dubai, KSA, etc.) of our software with other subsystems/robotics and the customer's systems at the customer side;
- Close collaboration with our customers, our software teams in Germany, Switzerland and other countries during the projects;
- Take ownership on quality gate to ensure project will be transit to Customer Service/Operation phase smoothly;
- Coordinate with local team and international teams to handle customer support activities;
- Incident and problem management;
- Go onsite (EU, Dubai, KSA, etc.) to train and support the customer in terms of warehouse operation.
Your Skills and Experience
- At least 03 year of experience in Automation Testing system (Java, Jenkins, WebDriver, Junit, SOAP, Mockito, etc.);
- At least 03 year of experience in Manual System Testing;
- Proficient in English with strong writing and speaking skills;
- Ability to analyse requirements and consult project stakeholders;
- Design test cases from spec, design, use cases;
- Knowledge about Oracle PL/SQL or SQL Server is a plus;
- Passionate about coding and software quality;
- Team spirit and right working attitude;
- Ability to handle automated system test;
- Ability to provide 24x7 standby support;
- Ability to travel to abroad countries.
