2/ Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Software Tech Lead to lead the development of Selex's smart EV ecosystem software. This includes mobile applications, backend systems, embedded firmware, and IoT platforms. The role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring technical depth, leadership, and a strong product mindset.
3/ Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop software systems for Selex's EV ecosystem: mobile apps, backend systems, embedded firmware, and IoT platforms.
Take ownership of one major technical domain (e.g., backend) while providing direction and oversight across other platforms.
Advise the executive team on software development strategy, architecture, and long-term roadmap.
Build and optimize processes, standards, and tools for efficient software development and project management.
Lead and mentor a team of high-performing
software engineers, fostering accountability and innovation.
Identify, evaluate, and adopt new technologies to improve scalability, performance, and user experience.
Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, product, and operations teams to deliver seamless system integration.
Ensure system stability, data security, scalability, and cost efficiency across platforms.
4/ Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Automation, Mechatronics, or related technical fields.
7-10 years of experience in software/system development, including at least 4-5 years in management with proven achievements.
Experience in building and scaling large-scale software systems with significant user bases.
Solid understanding of mobile applications, backend systems, embedded software, and IoT.
Strong product-oriented thinking, with attention to detail in UI/UX and user experience optimization.
Demonstrated ability to define technical solutions, make architectural decisions, and lead execution.
Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Good English proficiency (technical reading and professional communication).
Passionate, proactive, and driven to lead a mission-driven engineering team to success.
