Việc làm Software Tester

Mô tả công việc

  • Develop and maintain test plans, compile test cases, and create test scenarios for functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Analysts to understand requirements, define scope, and design suitable test scenarios for the company's products.
  • Log, track, and prioritize defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform API Testing (Postman or similar tools) and Database Testing (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Conduct feature and UI testing on Web Applications and Mobile Web.
  • Prepare detailed test reports and present results to project stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to support rapid and efficient release cycles.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. Professional QA certifications are a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in software testing; experience in marketplace or B2B2C eCommerce projects is preferred.
  • Proficient in writing Test Cases, Test Plans, and understanding software testing processes.
  • Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (Jira, Redmine, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience in API testing and database testing (basic to advanced SQL).
  • Solid understanding of performance, security, and scalability testing concepts.
  • Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills in English for technical documentation.
  • Logical thinking, attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and defect detection abilities
