Software Tester - Traffic Technology

I. COMPANY BACKGROUND:
Cross Vietnam is the newest member of Cross Zlín - a Czech organization with more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing technological equipment, constructing and delivering comprehensive intelligence traffic, weight - in - motion and smart city systems. II. HIRING PROCEDURE:
- 1st round: Interview with Cross Vietnam (resume evaluation and Vietnamese/English interview)
- 2nd round: Online English interview and programming test with Cross Zlín
- 3rd round (if needed): Applicant will be invited to Cross Zlín main office - Czech Republic for an in-person interview.
III. TRAINING/BENEFITS:
Career path: 1 year: total freshman - 3 years: junior - 5 years: senior programmer
Training:
For candidates who passed the probation:
- Receive 6-9 months training at Cross Zlín (Zlín City - Czech Republic) by top specialists. Accommodation, company lunches, and round-trip air tickets will be covered by Cross.
- Return to Cross Vietnam after the training to work on national projects while collaborating closely with Czech team. Regular visits to Zlín to work directly with Czech team is expected.

IV. JOB DUTIES
• Validation of new protocols between traffic controllers and traffic management center, software packages for traffic lights control and adaptive traffic control
• Documentation and work to resolve discovered problems
• Critical thinking skills
• Conduct manual or automatic functional, regression, and system integration testing, support user acceptance testing, and report issues found during the test life cycle
• Create test cases that verify approved requirements for assigned modules
• Assist with software application troubleshooting and technical diagnosis and support the continuous improvement of the current test process
• Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
• Responsible for the quality of software development and deployment
• Analysis of software and systems and mitigating risk and preventing software issues
• Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle
• Strong collaboration skills
