Collaborate with the
business development team to understand customer needs and deliver technical solutions that meet those requirements.
Build and expand relationships with customer architects, senior technical decision-makers, and business stakeholders.
Utilize and advocate for Company Cloud's reference architecture to propose scalable solutions for multiple customers and partners, demonstrating the business case and presenting alternative scenarios.
Provide technical guidance to customers and partners in migrating their systems to Company Cloud platforms, including migration techniques, demo development, and testing of Company Cloud services.
Act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback, insights, and identifying blockers to inform internal teams and shape products and services.
Participate in local marketing events to showcase effective product solutions and success stories, enhancing the market presence of Company Cloud.
Minium of 4 years of B2B pre-sales experience, with at least 3 years in the public cloud sector.
Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
Strong background in IT and computer science with a solid understanding of cloud computing technology.
Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting roles, with excellent presentation and white boarding skills.
Ability to create clear architectural documentation and solutions for specific fields.
Familiarity with the functional architecture, applicable scenarios, market strategy, and competitive landscape of cloud products.
Experience in coordinating and integrating resources across departments.
Candidates with Cloud certification (ACP or ACE) will be prioritized.
