Role Overview The Solutions Consultant is responsible for bridging client requirements with cutting-edge smart building and automation solutions. You will deliver tailored technical and commercial proposals, support presales engagements, and collaborate closely with sales and engineering teams to ensure high-quality project implementation and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct presales consultations, site surveys, and technical assessments to evaluate customer needs and project feasibility.
Design system architectures and prepare detailed commercial and technical proposals, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and system configurations.
Deliver engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients, contractors, and partners.
Partner with the sales team to address technical clarifications and drive deal closures.
Coordinate with project delivery teams to ensure design accuracy, maintain documentation, and uphold delivery timelines.
Provide technical training and post-implementation support to system integrators, partners, and end users.
Monitor smart building trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain market competitiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Background: Degree or equivalent experience in
Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
Presales & Consulting Experience: Proven background in solution design, technical bid preparation, and translating electrotechnical concepts into business value.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with smart building systems, BMS/BAS, lighting controls, security, or electrotechnical domains.
Project Coordination: Solid project management skills with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and handle timelines.
Mobility: Willingness to conduct on-site visits, survey construction projects, and travel regionally when required.
Communication & Languages: Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Professional proficiency in Vietnamese is essential; conversational or business English is a strong advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
Gross Salary: 10,000,000 - 15,000,000 VND / month (commensurate with experience).
