Sourcing Engineer

The Sourcing Engineer is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing suppliers of electronic components that meet the company's technical, quality, and commercial requirements. This role ensures the optimization of sourcing activities, compliance with international trade regulations, and effective collaboration across internal departments to maintain a robust and reliable supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, assess, and develop international suppliers of electronic components in alignment with the company's technical and quality standards.
- Manage and continuously improve sourcing processes, including contract execution, price negotiations, and delivery terms.
- Coordinate closely with engineering and production teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of components and materials.
- Ensure all sourcing transactions and contracts comply with international trade laws and internal company policies.
- Monitor supply performance, evaluate supplier efficiency, and recommend appropriate improvement actions.
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates on sourcing performance and supplier status.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.
