Flight Hours Criteria:
a) For the Captain position:
- Total flight hours: minimum 3,500 hrs
- Total hours on type: minimum 500 hrs
- Total PIC hours: minimum 500 hrs
- PIC hours on type: minimum 500 hrs
b) For the First Officer position:
- Total flight hours: minimum 1,500 hrs
- Total hours on type: minimum 500 hrs
