We are looking for a Spare Parts Dealer Operations Staff to join our Aftersales team. This position will be responsible for spare parts order operations, dealer support, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth parts supply and support the development of Isuzu dealers' parts business.
- Process dealer orders in ERP/DMS; follow up Dealer's back orders (main duty)
- Dealer support/kaizen & performance management
- Visit garages, parts shops and fleet customers with dealers to develop external parts sales
- Support dealers to reactivate disconnected customers and follow up on conversion results
- Record visit results and keep customer data up to date; share market feedback with the team
- Coordinate with warehouse, other teams to solve order and delivery issues
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
