1. Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
• Develop product inspection standards.
• Control the quality of goods delivered by suppliers based on the standards.
• Communicate with departments to handle non-conforming quality issues.
• Monitor supplier quality improvement activities.
2. Process Quality Control (PQC)
• Develop storage standards to ensure quality.
• Create plans and implement inspections of the quality condition of stored goods.
• Analyze the causes of products not meeting quality requirements and propose corrective actions.
3. Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)
• Control the quality of goods before shipment (based on the characteristics of the goods to be inspected).
4. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
• Report daily inspection progress, OK/NG status, and handling actions.
• Propose improvement solutions to ensure product quality during movement and storage in the warehouse.
• Report and evaluate supplier performance; cooperate with relevant departments to require suppliers to provide the best solutions to ensure quality.
• Cooperate with the factory QC department to monitor components requiring improvement.
• Manage tasks related to product registration and inspection certification.
