About Pandora Vietnam:
Pandora's new jewellery crafting facility is located in the Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park III (VSIP III), about 40 km north of Ho Chi Minh City. When fully scaled, the state-of-the-art facility will produce up to 60 million jewellery pieces annually and employ around 7,000 craftspeople. It is powered entirely by renewable energy and built to LEED Gold certification standards.
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering learning and development programs in alignment with the company's learning strategy and learning calendar. The role oversees the end-to-end execution of learning initiatives, including planning, scheduling, administration, facilitation coordination, and evaluation, ensuring high-quality learning experiences that support business objectives and employee growth.
Working in a dynamic environment, this role requires a proactive, customer-focused professional with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate leverages learning technologies and best practices to optimize learning delivery, measure program effectiveness, and continuously improve learning outcomes, driving meaningful impact for both the business and its employees.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Management:
Responsible for the logistic and the implementation of Corporate Training Courses
Plan and organize training courses and programs to meet with PPV training needs and business direction
Create, review, modify training materials and coordinate with all concerns to produce training material to maximize learning effectiveness
Act as the content expert and maintain relevant training documents and training materials for all levels of training
Sourcing and select vendors/ training institutes that suite with the learning and training requirements
Coordinate with professor, vendors/ training institutes/ related parties to ensure that training courses can be arranged as planned
Design poster and videos for internal PR and communication
Prepare training documents and other learning materials
Summarize training evaluation and follow up after training to maximize learning effectiveness
Prepare course expenses documentation according to payment cycle and procedures of Finance Department
Coordinate with L&D Coordinator in delivering effective learning and providing the best solutions related to each BUs.
2. Internal Trainer & Content
Designer:
Work closely with Production Technical Training on training program and implementation
PNC Program, Be Proactive and Train the Trainer course content designed
Verify course content and learning methodology on each program
Collaborate with other trainers of each program for effectiveness of program launches
Be an Internal Trainer of Pandora Newcomer Program (PNC), Be Proactive and Train the Trainer etc.
Prepare and in charge of PNC, Be Proactive and Train the Trainer Programs for Vietnam.
3. Facilities Management:
Coordinate with all concerns parties to ensure the readiness of training rooms and facilities
Maintain audio/visual equipment and gadgets in training rooms
Manage training logistics such as check the venue, troubleshoot occurred incidents that may arise during training sessions.
4. Others:
Support in cross-function projects, Edutainment Centre and learning intervention activities
Coordinate in first screening and transfer critical case to a clinician who is able to meet the patient's clinical needs
Provide counselling support in a timely, ethical and professional manner (If needed)
Keep record of counselling cases.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferably in Organizational/HR Development)
Strong knowledge of HR practices and business operations
Proven skills in facilitation, public speaking, and training delivery
Ability to design, develop, and implement training programs
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Good collaboration skills with a service-oriented mindset
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
Knowledge of training theories, principles, and evaluation methods
Ability to manage resources effectively and optimize cost-efficiency (e.g., facilities management)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP) & others relevant digital tools
Fluent in English.
