- Improve employees' capacity by organizing the training programs meet the organization's needs
- Participate to build the succession planning and talent development to ensure the sustainable development of the organization
- Participate the performance management process, including KPI setting and year end evaluation in SABECO system
Job responsibility
TRAINING
- Build and execute various training programs (soft skills, leadership,...) to meet the demand of business and employees
- Work with related partners to design the training contents
- Play the role as internal trainer for inhouse training (core values, performance management system,...)
TALENT DEVELOPMENT
Participate to build the talent development plan and follow up the progress
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
- Participate to the performance management program for SABECO and Subsidiaries including design the communication material, instruction and guideline
- Deliver the training about the process, policy for employees in SABECO and Subsidiaries
- Perform other duties as assigned by the superiors.
Yêu cầu
• Graduated from University
• At least 04 years in the position of equivalent work.
• Proficient English in 4 skills
• Computer proficient in Word, Excel, and able to use specialized software
• PPT excellent to design the material and training slides
• Analyzing
• Excellent Communication, training and presentation skill
• Have experience as internal trainer;
• Able to build good relationship with leaders and employees in various fields.
