1. Specification (90% of Individual Performance)
- Drive and support the growth of Protective Coatings sales in the New Construction market by developing new client relationships, managing existing ones, and securing specification positions on targeted projects.
- Approach, establish, and nurture relationships with key influencers (Facility Owners, Engineers, Architects, Consultants) during the engineering and design specification stages to promote the Jotun brand within the Industrial Projects/ Infrastructure Customer Group.
- Achieve sole or preferred specification status on targeted projects and support the sales team in winning these projects.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with non-buying customers, ensuring a positive perception of Jotun from the customer's perspective.
- Closely monitor project sites to ensure the quality of paint application meets Jotun's standards.
- Conduct business-to-business activities with targeted accounts to strengthen market presence.
- Develop and implement technical seminars, workshops, and similar initiatives to increase Jotun's brand awareness in the market.
