GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
1. Ensure and responsibilities systems are updated in accordance with all applicable standards, regulation and governing documents.
2. Ensure and responsibilities integrity of work scope and that all work is carried out in accordance with good engineering practice and Blocks [protected info] approved procedure.
3. Develop, plan and execute yearly work program and budget for maintenance section accordingly while controlling the expense to be within approved budget.
4. Initiate, review, responsibilities, execute and closing up of modification of maintenance to enhance platforms reliability and availability. Ensure all changes will be complied with Blocks [protected info] policies and procedure (management of change).
5. Provide day to day onshore technical support and advice to offshore team. Provide specialist support with regards to the required inspection, fault analysis, repair/remedial strategy.
6. Verify, responsibilities the deliverables to be produced to or by the contractors related to maintenance.
7. Review planned maintenance routines and carry out optimization studies within the maintenance disciplines to minimize the cost of maintenance whilst retaining an acceptable level of plant and equipment reliability.
8. Prepare the
purchasing requisitions and/or call off material lists.
9. Liaise with contractors, manufacturers, vendors etc., as necessary
10. Leading controls, instrumentation and electrical investigations for Defect Elimination and lead implementation of identified improvement plans
11. Survey existing installations to facilitate the design and integration of additions.
12. Review and update as-built and handover maintenance documentation.
13. Contract management of specified contractors.
14. Support implementation of production operation
15. All other duties as assigned by manager.
16. HSE Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of team HSE plan so as to achieve highest HSE performance.
- Communicate, interpret and champion the execution of the objectives and provisions of the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and Codes of Conduct and Discipline (COCD) within the working team and undertake appropriate mitigation and/or intervention programmes to safeguard business operations, high staff discipline and industrial harmony.
